If you were to put the wallet.dat file from Bitcoin Core on a USB drive and give it to someone along with the seed phrase for that particular wallet, could that person then just download Bitcoin Core at a later date, replace the .dat file with the one from the USB drive, and ultimately then have access to the Bitcoin in that wallet?
